The Vicon Coil Strip Feed Line offers various configurations for producing different profiles. It uncoils, straightens, and cuts the coil metal stock before or after the rollform machine, depending on the specific application. The Vicon PC Control ensures precise finished parts and can be synchronized with the Vicon office program.
The coil cradles and machine guides are set up to pre-align the material, reducing setup time. Vicon also has the capability to manufacture coil strip feed lines for producing single wall turning vanes for elbows.
